ACFEA
gives you personalized touring experience
From the start, one of us personally works with you to determine your orchestra’s
musical interest, budget, size, travel dates and itinerary.
We have arranged tours for some of the most prestigious amateur orchestras
in the country including the California Youth Symphony, Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra, Denver Young Artists Orchestra, the Greater Dallas
Youth Orchestra and the Boston Youth Symphony. Time and
time again, these orchestras (and many others!) turn to ACFEA to plan upcoming
tours. Whether you are a touring veteran or this is your first tour, ACFEA will
create a customized tour best suited for your group’s needs.

“I was pretty confident it would be an outstanding trip, but I also have to say that ACFEA really outdid themselves in the planning and follow-through for this tour. I would say it was close to a miracle how smoothly everything went, considering the occasional glimpse we all got into the Turkish bureaucracy and the language barriers.”
Benjamin Simon, Conductor
Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra
"I would work with ACFEA again in a heartbeat! We were impressed with the staff and the can-do attitude of everyone from the bus drivers to the couriers to the truck driver. The VYOA strives to provide our students with a professional orchestra experience in all ways, and ACFEA fell right in line with our experience and needs. Thank you!"
Caroline Whiddon, Executive Director
Vermont Youth Orchestra
“The experience was one that I will never
forget. I could not have imagined the positive
rewards I experienced from the tour nor the benefits
to my students. My program is stronger and my students
and I are closer than ever. Thanks, ACFEA, for
all of your help.”
Michael Delaney, Director
Ferris High School Orchestra
